By engaging AmazonPeak for Amazon consulting, listing creative designs, or PPC campaign management, you agree to comply with and be bound by these service terms.

2. Scope of Consulting Services

We offer specialized agency services, including keyword optimization, visual A+ listing assets, brand storefront builds, and advertising management. While we employ highly optimized white-hat methodologies, category ranks and search sales volume depends heavily on global market competition and inventory flows.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full settlement of our design and service invoices, all custom visual assets, design cards, storefront files, and infographic modules designed specifically for your brand transfer fully to your ownership. AmazonPeak retains the right to show these creative works in our active client portfolio.

4. Amazon Terms of Service Compliance

We strictly build optimization strategies that comply with Amazon's active Terms of Service. However, merchant account operations, compliance checks, and seller suspension policies are managed solely by Amazon. AmazonPeak is not responsible for catalog actions initiated directly by Amazon Central.
