Payment Policy

1. Retainer Billing Cycles

AmazonPeak monthly account management retainers are invoiced 14 days in advance of each monthly performance cycle. Setup payments and design catalog fees are invoiced upfront and must be settled before visual creative briefing begins.

2. Accepted Payment Channels

We accept direct bank transfers (wire transfers, BACS, SEPA) and major global credit card payments routed securely via our online invoice portals. No physical card information is stored locally by our consultants.

3. Ad Spend Disbursements

Amazon PPC advertising budgets are charged directly by Amazon Seller Central to your registered merchant account. Ad spend budgets are entirely separate from AmazonPeak's service and management retainer fees.

4. Cancellations & Terminations

Monthly partnerships run on rolling agreements requiring 30 days' written termination notice prior to the next billing interval. Unused days within an active billing cycle are non-refundable.
